Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy covers information handled by the operator within this site. Please also review the policies of external websites and providers of hosting and sign-in services.

2. Information collected and purposes

For site improvement, we record page views, product views and cart additions. Records contain a random session identifier, event type, product and farm IDs, a traffic-source category, timestamp and deduplication identifier. These records help improve product presentation and usability.

Our own analytics do not store names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, card numbers, IP addresses or complete referrer URLs. Only traffic-source categories such as search, social media or direct access are stored. Actual purchase history is not collected.

メールでEnquiriesいただいた場合は、Email、氏名など本文に記載された情報を、回答、ご本人確認、開示等のご請求への対応と対応履歴の管理に利用します。必要な範囲で保存し、保管の必要がなくなった情報は適切に削除します。

3. Cookies and browser storage

Analytics use cookies named minori_visit and minori_source, valid for 30 minutes, to distinguish visits and classify traffic sources without linking them to names. Cookies can be restricted or deleted in browser settings.

Cart varieties, weights and quantities are stored in browser local storage under appleCartV3 with no automatic expiry. Remove items from the cart or clear site data to erase them. Cart contents contain no names or addresses. Cart-addition events are separately recorded as analytics described above.

4. Retention

Analytics reports cover the latest 90 days. Records older than 90 days are deleted when new events are collected or the operator opens a report. Records may remain until that deletion process runs.

5. External services and disclosure

This site has no feature that sends its own analytics to external advertising services. Hosting infrastructure is used to serve the site and store data. Information processed by that infrastructure is separate from our own analytics.

Before orders are accepted, we will explain necessary delivery and payment providers and how information is handled. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent except where permitted by law.

6. Information security

HTTPS is used for communication. Analytics reports and editing functions require site-owner authentication. Analytics submissions are checked for origin, format and size to reduce invalid input and duplicate records. Identified issues will be investigated and addressed as needed.

運営者専用の売上・運営記録は暗号化して保存します。この画面には配送先の都道府県、商品・金額・費用・対応時間などを記録し、氏名・詳細住所・Telephoneは保存しません。運営者がチャットから集計を読み取る機能は所有者の認証を必要とし、個別の注文番号・顧客コード・連絡先を渡さず集計値のみを返します。本番決済の自動集計は接続前で、現在は公開の注文受付を行っていません。

7. Requests and contact

個人情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等のご請求については、法令に従い対応します。受付窓口：中島愛希（Minori Biyori）／minoribiyori2026@gmail.com。現在、個人情報を入力する注文・Enquiriesフォームは公開していません。
